- Within 7 days of your purchase date: full refund, for any reason. Your access ends when the refund goes through.
- After 7 days: refunds are only available through the Pass Guarantee (conditions apply).
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] with “Refund” in the subject, from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address).
- We confirm within 2 business days and refund your original payment method through Stripe.
- Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
No forms and no reasons needed. If something went wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.
